Examination of False Positives in Fetal cfDNA Analysis

The lecture entitled “Clinical Validation of Fetal cfDNA Analysis Using Rolling-Circle-Replication and Imaging Technology in Osaka (CRITO Study) ” was presented by Dr Ritsuko Pooh at the 8th World Congress on Controversies in Preconception, Preimplantation and Prenatal Genetic Diagnosis (CoGEN) in 2021.

Ritsuko Pooh has published more than 70 original scientific papers, 150 review articles and four books to date, holding academic degrees
in both law & medicine. She is an international executive in the field of perinatology who is focused on research & education.
As the president of the Fetal Diagnostic Center / Fetal Brain Center of CRIFM Prenatal Medical Clinic, as well as the CEO and founder of the
Ritz Medical Clinical Laboratory in Osaka, Dr. Pooh combines detailed sonograms with cytogenetics & molecular technics to advance the field
of fetal health. Dr. Pooh is an adjunct professor at Wayne State University School of medicine in Detroit, USA, a professor within the Department of Health Science at Dubrovnik International University in Croatia, and an honorary professor at Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University in Moscow. She has been included in the editorial board of several medical journals and continues to receive international awards
for her work in fetal health.
